How to Order

1. If you are a Canadian or US resident, please click on
    the appropriate order form, download and print out
    one copy for every frame you wish to order.

2. Complete the form/s with your name, shipping
    address, style and frame required.

3. Enter the cost of your frame PLUS shipping and
    handling fee for the total cost of your order.

4. Attach your cheque or money order for the
    total amount.

5. DON'T FORGET to send the certificate/s
    you require framing along with your completed
    order form/s and payment to:
